Q. What is the delivery cost and time frame for custom made apparel?

A. Delivery time frame for orders placed through our "Maximise your own" option is 8 - 10 weeks from date order is confirmed. If the total value of the order is below $3000 and to be delivered to NZ, there will be a delivery fee which will be quoted before order is confirmed. If the total value of the order is over $3000 delivery will be free. Orders placed from outside NZ will incur additional delivery charges which will be quoted before order is confirmed. We aim to keep these prices to a minimum for our customers.

Q. What it the delivery cost and time frame for "Off the shelf" apparel?

A. Please allow 8 - 10 working days for stock to arrive, however if there is to be a logo to be applied please allow an extra 2 weeks for this to arrive. Please note if your items are delayed you will be advised via email and the item will be placed on back order you will also be advised when the new expected delivery time will be. Delivery charges for this will depend on your address and size of order.

Q. What countries do we deliver to?

A. NZ, Australia (Please note if delivery is outside of NZ, Maximus Apparel Ltd is not responsible for any import or custom duty charges that your country may charge) Anywhere outside of these countries please contact the Maximus Apparel team.

Q. How can I change my delivery address?

A. Please contact the Maximus Apparel team to update any delivery details.

Q. Can I change my order?

A. Please inform the Maximus Apparel team straight away of any changes you need to make to your order. But please note we cannot gaurantee that your changes can be granted.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Any custom made orders can not be cancelled, for "off the shelf" orders you can note be cancelled if embellishment has already been confirmed.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We can accept these payment methods through our website: Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Transactions will be billed in NZ dollars. For offline payments we can also accept bank transfers.

Q. Which method of application can I use for my logos?

A. Your logo can be added to any stock but the method depends on the product. We use screen printing, sublimation and embroidery.

Q. What is the difference between Screen Printing, Sublimation and Embroidery?

A. Screen printing is used to print your logo/name/number onto your garment, it is a great lightweight alternative to embroidery. Embroidery is a traditional method to add a logo/name/number to garments. However it may damage more delicate fabrics. Sublimation is used to print your logo/name/number directly into the garment so it can not rub off or crack. This is no extra costs but can only be done on sublimation fabric. Sublimation is great method to give you total freedom over the design and colours of your garment, you can also have as many logos/names/numbers as you want at no extra cost.

Q. What file type should my uploaded logo be in?

A. Please attach one of the following formats: .eps, .ai, .png, .pdf

Q. What if my logo is not in one of the mentioned file types?

A. Please contact the Maximus Apparel team and we can get a competitive quote to get the logo redrawn into the correct file type.

Q. Can I return my custom made items?

A. Maximus Apparel is unable to accept returns or exchange items that are customised unless they have been found faulty after a detailed examination by our team. How ever if we have incorrectly customised your item contrary to your instructions and the order confirmation we will gladly replace them.
